TO KNOW MEANS TO BE AHEAD.
In my work as a coach and trainer, I make use of skills I acquired during my military training as an an officer, my sound know-how gained during my studies of sports sciences, and knowledge from constant further training.
TRUST ENABLES DEVELOPMENT.
Decades of supporting successful top athletes in an international environment have taught me one thing: the greater the pressure, the more important absolute trust is. That is why I consider an excellent relationship at a personal level to be essential. And then, anything becomes possible.
STRENGTH IS FAR FROM JUST PHYSICAL.
Discipline, a sense of duty, commitment, always giving your everything: I trained all these characteristics in extreme situations during my time as a soldier. To me, being strong also means acting in a self-determined way, knowing your limits, taking responsibility, and remaining true to yourself. My principle: no matter what happens – hold the line.
